United Way of Greater St. Louis (d/b/a “211 Missouri”) operates 211helps.org (“Site”). This policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

  • De-identified/aggregated information. We may disclose de-identified or aggregated information (that does not reasonably identify you) for reporting and program improvement.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Site from unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. Where we disclose personal information to service providers, we require appropriate security measures by contract.
