United Way 211 is expanding support for family caregivers. Through a new partnership with AARP — an organization that truly sees caregivers and wants them connected to support — 211 is now an even stronger shortcut to local resources and guidance.

Caregivers are identified through 211, whether someone shares their role directly or it becomes clear through conversation. Either way, 211 Navigators are ready to help lighten the load.

Caregivers in our region can rely on 211 for:

• A compassionate, one‑on‑one conversation with a trained Navigator
• Support for both caregiving challenges and basic needs like food, utilities, and transportation
• Connections to AARP tools, local programs, and community resources
• Assistance navigating complex systems so families can access support faster and with less stress
